Stage 2

Screening Assessment

Stage 3

Phone Interview

If there’s a potential match, we'll jump on a quick call with you. This will be a 15-30 minute phone call where we explore your qualifications, knowledge and experiences. This chat will also explore on your expectations and answer any questions you may have about the role.

This stage is all about the fundamentals: your career goals, our company culture, and the high-level details of the role. Think of it as a casual conversation to see if we’re speaking the same language.

Stage 4

Manager Interview (Legal)

Up next is a conversation with our key legal leadership. At Square One, we believe in treating people the right way—and that includes our interview process. This stage goes beyond checking off technical requirements; it's a two-way discussion focused on how you navigate real-world insurance regulations, approach complex dispute resolution with empathy, and uphold compliance while keeping customer experience front and center.

Stage 5

Manager Interview

In this final interview, you will participate in a panel interview with key stakeholders and leadership at Square One. At Square One, treating people the right way is at the heart of everything we do—especially when navigating complex customer complaints and disputes. This stage is a collaborative, two-way discussion where we’ll explore how you bridge the gap between sales practices, claims outcomes, and regulatory fairness. We’ll talk through real-world dispute scenarios, root-cause analysis, and how your insights can help our sales and claims teams continually improve the customer experience.

It’s also your chance to get to know us better. Bring your questions about our operational workflows, team dynamics, or cross-functional alignment. We’re excited to meet you, hear your perspective, and share why we love working at Square One!
